Jen and Kari fit like a ball and socket. Jen deciphers the most complex anatomical drawings and text books, and Kari translates yoga poses with memorable shortcuts and cues. Jen is a physical therapist and yoga teacher with a passion for anatomy, movement, and yoga. Kari's training in forensic and medical anthropology, along with her thousands of hours of teaching yoga have built a vocabulary of cues, modifications, and adjustments.
