Join physical therapist, yoga instructor, and all-around anatomy enthusiast Jen Wilking for a 4-week series with designed to help you make sense of the shoulder. You’ll explore structure and biomechanics, analyze common injuries and learn to prevent them, experience the concepts in yoga poses, and incorporate them into your (and your students’) yoga practice. This series is perfect for yoga teachers and trainees who want to clearly integrate anatomy into their classes, anatomy fans, and anybody desiring to more fully understand this important joint!
