In September, we'll study Explain Pain by Dr. David Butler and Dr. Lorimer Moselely. This book is written by experts in the field, AND it's accessible. With short chapters and fun artwork, you'll learn about why things hurt and discover a path and tools to recovery.
Registration includes a 4-week reading plan and worksheets for organizing your thoughts. Then, we'll meet for a summary of major concepts, discussion, and application. We'll share our favorite knowledge nuggets, experiences, and practical ways to integrate the material into life.
