Testimonials

Jen fully brings the topic of anatomy to life. I've studied anatomy for yoga with many teachers and Jen's approach is the most engaging.
- Patrick Montgomery, YTT 300-hour program lead at Kindness Yoga

During teacher training you are physically and mentally tired from the work of squeezing all your training hours in. I had great anatomy teachers but I didn't absorb as much information as I would have liked. Even looking back at my jumbled notes I realized how tired I must have been at TT. I love that anatomy club gives teachers (and yoga enthusiasts) a less stressful environment to brush up on the basics, apply it to yoga and then go way in depth. If you are intimidated by anatomy don't be! Jen is wonderful at explaining things in a very clear way, encourages lots of questions and has amazing visual aids to help. I have learned so much and love applying it to my classes and students! Thanks for anatomy club Jen! Totally love it.
- Lisa Zelem, yoga teacher

I have really enjoyed participating in the yoga anatomy club. Jen's knowledge and infectious passion have made the study of anatomy fun. She leads us beyond the technical details, using practical application of yoga poses for hands on training. The mutual sharing of information and experiences by all participants has been invaluable to my personal practice and to my teaching.
- G. Mears, yoga teacher

Jen’s workshops are an amazing reference guide not only to the anatomy of the body, but to understanding the way move within yoga poses. In each session of Anatomy Club, a different section of the body is taught. She often has us get into yoga poses while learning about specific bones, muscles and tendons to better understand particular motions and joints. The information is challenging, but she breaks down the terminology so it’s easy to remember and understand. After each session, I leave feeling so happy to have a more integrated understanding and visualization of the human body.
- Kayle Lamar, yoga student & teacher

Jen Wilking uses her extensive knowledge of the human anatomy along with her sweet personality to make a very intimidating aspect of teaching accessible. She encourages exploration of the yoga asana while giving tools to applying anatomy in each class cue. If you are looking for more anatomy cues in your classes, her workshops are the place to be.
